             REMEMBER, WOMEN

Remember, woman you born life

You were born with the of queens,
conquerors, warriors blood and bleed.
You were born with the wisdom of sages shamans, on wound can you not heal.
You were born with the teller of your

You were born with an immeasurable
soul reaching out past infinity.
You were born to desire with passion,
abundance, and to name your own destiny.
Remember woman, remember you are more than you can see.
Remember woman, remember you are loved endlessly.
Remember woman, your power and
grace, the depth of your deep sea heart.
Never forget you are woman, divine,

A Guru Bhakt Girl : Kalibai

A Guru Bhakt Girl : Kalibai

Kalibai was a Bheel teenaged girl. She lived  at Rastapol village of Dungarpur in 1940s. In those days Rajasthan was mostly under the rules of princely states which were loyal to British. When Quit a India Movement was announced on 9 August, 1942, the people came out in an open opposition in colonial rule. Social activists in Dungarpur inspired    by the Gandhian leader. Thakkar Bapa established the Dungarpur sevak sangh.     The sevak sangh used to run schools for Dalits and tribals in district. They taught      the students about Patriotism and bravery. The British forced the Prince of Dungarpur    to stop sevak sangh from running these schools. As a result an organization called    the Praja Mandal was formed to conduct a campaign against this unjust closing of schools and demanding the end of the of    the colonial rule. The Prince took a cruel action beating the workers of the Praja Mandal and sending them jail. This intensified People's Protest. The state Police went to Rastapal village on 19 June 1947 to close the school which was running in the house of Nanabhai Khant. Nanabhal refused to close the school. The Police then beat up Nanabhai severely. He fell unconscious. They took him away with them for Jailing. However Nanabhai died if his injuries on the way before the Police could reach their comp. After this the Police beat up the teacher Senghabhai Bheel who had continued to teach the children despite Nanabhai's death took him away draging on the rood. A student of the school named Kalibai could not see this. She ran towards the truck with a sickle to cut the ropes and free Senghabhai. The Police warned her not to run after the vehicle but she did not listen to them. She reached her teacher and cut the rope with one stroke of the sickle. The Police became angry at this and as Kalibai bent down to free Senghabhai, they shot her in the back. Kalibai fell down unconscious and died. This unjust murder of a girl student of the school for trying to save her teacher made the Bheels angry. They assembled from the surrounding villages. A massive twelve thousand people fully armed with bows and arrows, swords and their traditional drums gathered in the town. The Prince was forced to realease the leaders of Praja Mandal from Jail. The people of the village constructed a statue of the brave thirteen year old girl Kalibai in Rastapol.

POEM

                          POEM
A Plump little girl and a thin little bird,
Were out in the meadows together.

How cold that poor little bird must be,
Without any clothes like mine,  said she.

Although it is sunshiny weather.

'A nice little girl is that ', said he,
But,  Oh how cold she must be,  for see!
She hasn't a single feather !

So each Shivered to think of the other         poor things,
Although it was sunshiny weather.

WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT " SKILL OR DEGREE "

Which is more important SKILL or DEGREE.

In a changing environment skill is an essential part of being able to meet the Challenges of everyday life. To succeed in the race of life, skill is very important. Without skill, the value of life would be empty. Skill helps to achieve our target in our life and not the degree. Degree provides growth. If you do not have skill you cannot be successful. But if you have skill with proper qualifications you will definetely achieve a higher position. It is true that a skilled person can live in this world without tension. The great people of history were all skilled people, but they didn't have any certifications for their knowledge. They didn't need any degree to prove themselves.
We can develop ourselves by sharpening our skills and achieve a position in society. But just collecting degrees does not help us in any way of life. Degree can help to earn a live hood for you but Skill will make you progress further and thereby make your living worth while

- A skilled man can always achieve success on any path of life.
 - Without skill degree is just like a piece of paper.
 - A skill is an ability to do something well.
 - A degree can just earn a job for us, but it cannot help us to grow further without the skill.
According to my opinion skill is more important than degree because when you enter in an organization they never give you a job only on the basis of your degree. They will also observe your skills.
Degree can only give you platform to prove yourself but skill would help you to hold on to a given position. If you all still believe that we cannot do anything without a degree, then I want to give you an example - If we take the example of late Dhirubhai Ambani, when he started his business, he didn't have any degree but still he made a huge empire "Reliance" on his skill power.
These days we get to hear about people selling and buying fake degrees for a poultry some of money which means anyone with a lot of money in pocket can easily get a fake degree.
But no one can create fake skills. Skill is a quality which one has to create and further polish it for oneself. A person without means is like Pen without Ink so Skill is more important.

Always smile

                           Always smile

A smile is quite a funny thing . It wrinkles up your face and when its gone you never find its secret hiding place. But for more wonderful It is to see what smiles can do; you smile at one, he smiles at you, and so one smile makes two. He smiles at someone since you smiled, and that one smiles back; and that one smiles, until in truth you fail in keeping track. Now since a smile can do a great good. By cheering hearts of care, let's smile and not forget. That smiles go everywhere.

DON'T QUIT

                         DON'T QUIT

When things go wrong as they sometimes
Will when the road you are treding seems uphill, when the friends are low and debts are high. And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit. Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.
